STEM From Approaches: STEM Journey’s Beyond the Lab
Dr. Carina S. Minardi has built a career on curiosity and a drive to make science matter. Growing up in Yorba Linda, California, she earned degrees in Chemistry and Molecular Biology at Chapman University before pursuing a PhD in Analytical Chemistry at Georgetown as an NSF Graduate Research Fellow. Her passion for connecting science to real-world impact led her to Yale, where she earned a Master’s in Public Health. With experience in research, corporate leadership, and tech startups, she’s shared her work on international stages, including the Lindau Nobel Laureate Conference in Germany. Today, she brings that same energy and insight to her speaking engagements, helping audiences see the possibilities in STEM and inspiring them to carve out their own unique paths.
