Accessibility Innovation Challenge

Ask students to identify a barrier someone might experience at school or in the community. Then have them design a STEM-based solution, such as:

  • A communication device 
  • A robotic assistive tool 
  • An adaptive classroom technology 
  • A smart home feature 
  • A universally designed playground element 

Students can present how their innovation improves independence and inclusion.
