Did you know November 10th marks World Science Day? Fully titled World Science Day for Peace and Development, this observance aims to keep society’s eyes on scientific developments and celebrate the role scientists play in fostering understanding.
Where did this observation originate?
The idea originated in Budapest at the 1999 World Conference on Science but would not become officially proclaimed until 2001.
